SAND | Builders is a San Diego–based general contractor supporting Residential, Commercial and Multifamily. clients across Southern California. We deliver remodels, repairs, tenant improvements, and exterior/structural work with a focus on Integrity, Clear Communication, and Accountability.
Founded by David and Annika Sanchez, SAND combines hands-on leadership with a client experience built around reliability and trust. Our approach is straightforward: align on scope early, protect schedule and budget, document the work, and keep you informed—so homeowners, property managers, and ownership can make decisions with confidence.
From home renovations and exterior upgrades to HOA/common-area improvements, TI, and reconstruction, we coordinate the right teams and stay involved through every phase. We understand occupied homes and active properties, and we work to minimize disruption with safe access, tidy sites, and dependable follow-through.
