Founded by David and Annika Sanchez, SAND serves residential, commercial, and multifamily clients across San Diego County. We combine hands-on leadership with a client experience built around reliability and trust. From the first conversation through completion, we align on scope, protect the schedule and budget, document the work, and keep you informed.
Our work includes custom residential construction and renovations, tenant improvements, and exterior and structural projects for active properties and HOA communities. We coordinate the right teams, maintain safe and tidy sites, and work to minimize disruption for the people who use these spaces every day.
