Wood repairs we take on

Repair the damage.
Consider the whole detail.

From a localized repair to a coordinated community scope, the work starts with understanding the affected wood, adjacent finishes, and conditions around it.

Trim & exterior details

Replacement of deteriorated fascia, exterior trim, and wood details, with attention to existing dimensions, profiles, and the surrounding finish.

Siding & exposed wood

Repair and replacement of affected wood siding and exterior components. We review material options, access, and finish requirements as part of the scope.

Framing & related repairs

Localized framing repairs and coordinated repair scopes where deterioration extends beyond the surface. Engineering, permits, or specialty coordination are addressed when the work requires them.

Existing conditions

Some of the scope becomes clear after opening.

A report or exterior walkthrough helps define the starting scope. Once affected areas are opened, additional deterioration may become visible.

We document exposed conditions and discuss any additional work, pricing, and schedule implications before proceeding with a scope change. That keeps owners and property managers informed at the point a decision is needed.

We also review visible moisture-related conditions and coordinate related repairs where needed, so the proposal considers more than replacing the damaged piece of wood.

Occupied communities

Good coordination is part of the repair.

HOA and multifamily repairs often happen while residents continue using the property. We plan the work around access, communication, and the areas people need every day.

  • Coordinate work areas and access with management.
  • Plan sequencing and resident notices around the scope.
  • Protect adjacent surfaces and keep work areas organized.
  • Communicate changes and close out the punch list.

Before we start

Common questions.

Can you work from our inspection report?

Yes. Share the report and any marked photos or drawings. We review the findings with you and confirm the repair locations during a walkthrough so the proposal is based on a clear scope.

Does the proposal include painting?

Finish work is defined in the proposal. Depending on the scope, that may include preparation, priming, and painting of repaired areas. We clarify finish boundaries and color information before work starts.

Can you coordinate with our engineer or property manager?

Yes. We can coordinate the repair scope, access, sequencing, and documentation with your property manager, board representative, or engineer as the project requires.

How do you determine price and timing?

The number of repair areas, material requirements, access equipment, finishes, and extent of deterioration affect pricing and timing. Send your report or photos to start the conversation, and we will confirm the next step for reviewing the property.
