Review the Scope
Review plans, site conditions, priorities, and access. Establish clear inclusions, exclusions, allowances, and pricing assumptions so the team understands the proposed work.
Coordinate the Work
Organize trades, materials, scheduling, and inspections. Communicate progress and decisions needed, and document scope changes and their anticipated cost and schedule impacts for approval.
Execute & Close Out
Manage field execution, quality, and jobsite coordination. Follow through on final walkthroughs, punch-list work, and applicable closeout requirements.

Revolution Roasters · Coffee Training Lab
Conversion of an adjacent former retail space into a coffee training lab. SAND’s work includes electrical and plumbing coordination, custom cabinetry and a mobile workbench, and interior improvements tailored to the team’s operations.
The scope also included correcting an AC drainage issue and repairing affected interior areas as the space took shape.

Interceramic Showroom Improvements
Bathroom renovations and tile display improvements completed while the showroom remained open. The work required coordination of construction access and work areas around staff, customers, and daily business operations.
Industrial Ice Production Facility
In collaboration with LS Construction, SAND helped coordinate CMU masonry, insulation, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes within a ground-up ice production facility, working alongside the broader project team.
