A new training and coffee lab taking shape behind the scenes.
SAND is supporting Revolution Roasters as an adjacent space is transformed into a coffee training lab. The work is still underway, so this story is an early look at the planning, coordination, and construction in progress.
Starting with the existing space
The former eyeglasses space is being prepared for a new use, with the existing interior opened up to understand the building conditions and coordinate the next steps.
Building the infrastructure around the work
The project includes electrical and plumbing coordination for a commercial sink, dedicated circuits, lighting, and equipment needs. The work also includes a custom mobile workbench designed around how the team will use the lab.
A project that will keep developing
